- If it says light, low-fat or fat-free, it stays in the grocery store
- Eat real food
- Don't eat anything you don't like
- Eat when you're hungry; don't eat when you're not hungry -- no matter what the clock says
- Do not eat GPS foods: Grains, Potatoes or Sugar.
